We offer authentic Spanish paella. Made with only the freshest ingredients. Everything from our use of Bilbao Chorizo, Bomba Rice, Jumbo Shrimp and Spanish Olive oil make this authentic Paella one of the best options for a large party or private dinner party. Just add Sangria and crusty bread to round out this menu. Let Bomba Paella Catering bring a your paella party to the Willamette Valley and Portland.
Fire or Propane
Depending on the environment, weather and fire conditions we can cook you paella over open fire but er primarily ue propane burners.
Types of service:
Buffet. Guests are presented with a buffet table for dinnerware, salad and bread service. Our paellas are near by where guests are served.
At the Table. Bomba can make your party unique with several different ways to share paella. The most traditional way is to place the paella pan directly on the table and let your guest eat straight from the pan. We will bring round dining tables and the appropriate sized pan to serve 8 to 15 guests per table. Another way to share the experience is to serve the Paella family style. Of course we can offer buffet service from our large paella pan that is nearly 4 feet wide!
Beverage Selections:
We recommend Sangria or for wine choices, Albarino or Rioja served in tumblers and not stemmed wine glasses for a more authentic feel.
